If its an accident, I wouldnt care. I've been covered in another man's blood breaking up a fight and I couldnt care less. If he purposely came up and wiped his blood on me I'd be pissed off though. I figure you can catch the same diseases through blood and semen, the only difference is where it comes from

Being covered with someones blood because they've had their head stomped on in a carpark is different to a UFC fight as well.

I'd be less inclined if the other guy was a stranger, but if he was a mate then I'd have no problem considering I've probably sat on jizz stains on his couch
