Ok, me and my bud go to a local bar that was doing cinco de mayo. almost no one was there. there was only dudes there. there was like 12 dudes @ the bar, only 1 approachable 2set shows up the whole night. they both sit @ the bar HB7 and HB6. So me and my buddy drink for 1 beer and my wing says lets leave and then im like ok fuck it, im gonna approach the only set in the bar before we leave. ok so i go pee then approach the set.

I walk up behind them and open with "hey guys... do you know you picked the hardest spot in the whole bar to be approached.." and it was a hit. they both laughed there ass off and then she said "sorry it was the only spot". then I told the target, the HB6 (she had given eye contact for the last 20 mins, I went with the safer play and let my wing take the hotter one) you look like a teacher. she laughed her ass off. so far im hitting homeruns it felt like.

But after the opener and transition, it got rocky.

HB7 asks me "why didnt youre friend approach" and i replied "hes shy so i did it" or something like that. So already im making my wing out to be shy, fail move. My wing comes over, we all introduce, they ask us our names, bla bla. Then so HB6 Is eating swedish fish. and my wing asks her about it, and she says she hates chocolate. I reply with "is that why youre so thin" and she sticks her arm out to show how thin she is. I grab it and initiate kino lightly, and then HB7 sticks her arm out and says "look how fat i am i love chocolate" and she wasnt really fat but compared to her skinny friend she was.

Then hb6 asks me "what do you do". This is when it got rocky, any suggestions welcome. I tell her i work for geek squad. She says really do you drive the buggy and i say yes i do. Then i ask "do I look like a nerd" and HB7 says yes and hb6 doesnt respond.

so then i guess i let that affect me slightly as i was quiet. I wanted to do something where you both make it out where you both have nerdy tendencies, but i just failed.

So I use the line "you look like the bad one (hb7) and you look like the good one(hb6)" I said that cuz i didnt have much else to say.( suggestions here welcome) The hb6 laughed her ass of and then said no its the opposite. Then like 1 min later, HB7 says to me "you already said im a bitch " and then turned her back on me. Now i didnt call her a bitch, I said shes the bad one.

So then we do some small talk for 15 mins. HB6 says shes buying a house and starts to show me pics of it on her phone. she shows me a pic of the kitchen and I see the opportunity to start qualifying, so i ask her if she can cook. she says no. this was an IOD and it set me back a little further.

Now while all this is going on, my wing is talking a little with HB7 but not much. they are talking about going to college and bla bla.

So then, HB7 realizes shes not going to fuck my wing, AND FUCKING CALLS SOME DUDE SHE KNOWS, RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY WING. total disrespect. she shouts "IS THIS Jake Schiller". clearly she was interested in the guy on the phone and direspecting my wing, giving us the signal to eject. I realize this, and start to proceed to move towards a number close. HB7 decides shes going to totally cock block me.

HB7 takes HB6's phone and calls up some guy that HB6 likes, and i say to HB7 "why are you making her drunk dial dudes" to criticize her for CBing me. HB7 gives me a mean look.

HB7 leans to my wing and says "youre friend is a prick" My wing feels dissed already, and she insults me, So i realize time is running out. I small chat a little more with HB6, and the whole time HB7 is CBing. I start putting my hand in her face, trying to block her while im talking to HB6 and I say "shes done im not talking to her"

I go for the number close, and ask HB6 "youre name is sarah, right" and then HB7 continues to CB saying "no im sarah" and then HB6 says "no i am the real sarah" and so said "my buddy has to go, can i get your number" and she says sure. she gives me the area code first , which i tease her about. then HB7 gives me a number. I say to HB6 "that is a fake number for sure, atleast if you give me a fake num ill know you dont want me to text you" So she gives me her number and we say bye and we leave. despite being shit on by HB7, My wing was excited, he is new to pickup and only has his natural game. I am a newbie as well and my game was already well above his.

But i feel like the only reason she gave me her number was A) I had the balls to approach and B) My opener hit it out of the park. Other than that I dont feel like I earned shit.

I still havent texted her, it COULD be a fake number but that is irrelevant for this post.
