if she declines nod say sorry for takeing up your time then try to offer your hand to her and if she takes it you move her hand up to kiss the back of her hand as you back away ..just to show her she didnt have anything over you
but if she does keep talking ask her about how her nights going and if she would like to maybe dance

If you did this very well, by being really playful on the approach, and then going serious to show you were joking, it could work.

Some other slightly over-the-top, joking openers you might want to try

"You're like, totally THE second hottest girl I've ever seen at this bar, in the last 15 minutes"

"You're so fucking hot I literally shat myself"

However, it's a good idea to preframe with something like "Hi, don't take this the wrong way, but..." before you open - it gets their attention and sets up their expectations about what you're going to say next in a good way.

After the opener, if she's interested at all she'll laugh or smile or giggle and remain there. At that point, simply introduce yourself, get her name, and have a normal conversation.

I'd encourage you to try it. Playful, direct, and fun is pretty much all I do and if it's congruent with your personality, it can work wonders.
