Hi im Everyman and this is my first post. SO EXCITING!!
anyways im a big chode and am really making an effort to try and overcome my social anxiety and neediness. I was wondering if you guys know of any confidence boosting self hypnosis videos or programs on the web. Ideally an mp3 file or something that i could listen to on my ipod and stuff.

Been there.

Don't look for shortcuts. Man up and push yourself. It will take over a year but results are gonna be off the chart.
