Definitiv IN in this case....otherwise it would look a bit like a pajama I think.
But of course it depends on if it's a slim-fit or a dress-shirt.
Slim fits are shorter specially at the sides.
Dress-shirts are normally so long that it would ridiculous to not tuck them in.
You can see how it's cut in the picture. It's designed to be worn untucked.
If it's too long or not slim enough, you should get it tailored. If you spent $89 on the shirt, spending $20 to get it tailored shouldn't be a big deal. There's a good chance that shirt was augmented in some way before that picture was taken. It could even be safety-pinned in the back (a trick you'll see all the time on department store dummies). A well-tailored shirt will look a cut above.
