I need opinion on these two links that contain interesting articles about IOI's and Microflinches.

I think they really makes sense.

IOI's are real.

HOWEVER:
* Watch out for fake IOI's. Some girls give you fake IOI's to get you to buy them a drink, or because they just like to flirt and tease. Strippers give out fake IOIs so you'll buy private dances from them.
* Don't take the list too literally without taking things into context. I've seen pickup videos on youtube where the wind blows a girl's hair into her face and she brushes it out of the way and you have people commenting "LOOK AT 1:03, IOI! IOI!" -- erm no

Micro expressions are documented and scientific, so they are real.
