My question is what indicators do you look for to spot the girls out to get laid

That statement about them making decisions about whether or not they'll have sex before leaving the house is horse shit. Girls are more opportunistic than that: if they run into Brad Pitt, they'll jump on him, regardless of what they were thinking when they left the house.

What you're looking for are sluts: girls who view sex very casually. Sluts love attention. Look for girls who are scantly-clad, apparently drunk, and loud. Whether or not they smoke is a good indicator as well, given the context.

Supposedly girls are at their most sexually receptive just before ovulation when they are at their most fertile, at this time they are most attracted to the alpha male type as his genes would be of great survival value when we lived in harsher times even if she was pairbonded to a beta type who was a good carer type for her or her children.

It's natures way of getting the best of both worlds. Short of doing a hormone test on her I'm not aware of any physiological changes you could use to identify this window of opportunity.However... a good behaviour indicater is when you have a set of girls talking and one seems more interested in whats going on around her and whos in the venue than her friends conversation. Shes scanning the environment to see which males are there and as such can be interpreted as sexual receptiveness, in other words making the best use of her time to further her end game of getting laid that night.
