You're fucking it up hard, I don't like the way you're talking to her. You come off as a girl man, get to the POINT and be sexual damn it ain't that hard. She's doesn't even know what you want, so drop the middle name bullshit and start escalating. All you had to say was, "You're cute so I just wanted to say hi."

Chris comes up with a good line to say but you also got to understand she goes to his work and if he says that and gets rejected she will surely not talk to him next time and talk to his co-workers about what happned and well its not goonna go well after that, now if she accepts it then good, but i think you need a different approach.
