Yesterday night I went to a nightclub for the very first time. I decided to not sarge but take it really easy as it was my first time and I like to explore things first. However I have learned a few things (about myself) I would like to share and ask for advice.

I didn't take any initiative. This relates directly to approach anxiety and should be 'fixed' by approaching tons of women during daytime, correct?

I react hostile to unexpected events. For example, a girl started grinding on me (I had never even spoken to her) and I pushed her away (rather violently) in my confusion. Ofcourse she (and her group of friends) were pissed about this, so I just left.

I think all of this is a direct result of too little experiences, but still I'd like your input and advice. Thanks in advance!

Seems a strange way to act to a girl grinding against you. Have you had much physical interaction with women before this?

Yes, but only with women I had chatted up previously. I think I reacted that way because I hadn't even spoken to her.
