I feel my game, or lack of it is causing me to become almost insecure. Me as a person, after reading on these forum's, i have become much much more confident, talking, dictating conversations in groups. I feel i have improved myself.

I was at work and and having lunch in the tea room, and a woman's comes in, family to a co-worker of mine, she must of been like 28-34 (I'm 18 ) anyways, i was glancing over to her and she almost was staring at me (not in a "Who the fuck are you" way) and i'm thinking to myself why is she looking at me, what is wrong?? Then another day another co-worker that i dont see much, started looking at me, now she is hot, supremely hot 9-10, and i was thinking to myself, any reason why she is looking??.... I start to feel insecure thinking do i look weird or something?

I have AA, when i'm talking to girl i am fine talking to her. My personality is easy going and fun and i want to have a laugh, But when *Flirting* I just throw out LOADS of Teases (What should teases be about), jokes to the girls. Is this flirting and should it build sexual attraction?

Essentially guys i'm confused about how/if i should change how i'm talking to these girls? And why were these women staring (I didn't have anything on my face :L )

I wouldn't say that, whilst it's obvious you're joking around with them, you're still likely to inspire some negative feelings because you brought their age into question. If I see a girl checking me out/smiling at me from across the room/whatever, I usually go with: "I know you're shy but you are allowed to talk to me you know!"

The Neg is an art form. In this case you need to remember that women are far better communicators than you. Although your logical mind sees it as "I called her old" her more refined sense of emotional content will pick up "I wanted to make sure that you knew that age isn't a big deal to me. Thanks Guys, i think i am just the worst at picking up IOI's, The 9-10 one i saw again at work. she was walking behind, me and just held the door open for her (just polite, i would keep the door open for anyone) then i kept another door opened, she said "I'm following you" i was going into the toilets and just said "not this one" (the door) she laughed, then i saw her later, i was behind her this time she looked back, an i said "Don't worry i'm not following you" She laughed. I then thought to myself "Well that sounded creepy".......... was this a weird comment by me??? ... :L

And women don't fuck guys who make them feel negative feelings either. Negging doesn't mean SHIT.
