lets just say you have been LJBF, i see alot of post saying freeze her out and all but im not really sure how does it goes.what i know is you cut contact with the female for a certain amount of time.
how long is the ideal time because i know if you do it too long she your connection might be lost like being too hard to get makes the other person give up or is this used to make all the past connection gone so you can start fresh??

It seem freezing someone out also has a different use like if she does something bad/rude to u,it seem people also say freeze her out for a week to punish her or something.I am bit confused on

How to use it in the best way and not the wrong way
Is there a better technique that is similar and works quite the same?

Freeze out is doing nothing. It couldn't be easier. Ideally she will come crawling. If not you may have to reinitiate contact. Depending on what was happening, maybe a month.
