Does being nice, when combined with no physical sexual escalation (ie kino), ever work on decent girls?

Im not sure whether to feel threatened to be honest by a guy who targets all the girls I communicate with, who acts really really kindly towards them. They all say "Hes SO nice"

Ive noticed he doesnt seem to escalate sexual tension (by being cocky and a challenge or touching), and so dont THINK anything will go his way...but is there a decent risk involved?

Do many girls go for simply nice guys?

Nice guys no, good guys yes.
I was the nice guy for way too long, id get no where and the girls would always become friends cause i was nice and i was no sexual threat. Once i started still being a nice guy but being more seductive it all changed. Now its always the girls saying to their friends his a really nice guy you should hook up with him.
