Hey guys,

I think a big issue for us all is finding the right mentors, I've wrote a quick summary of my sticking points with this issue.

*Where I am now:
Too rough - I come across too arogant while asking lots of questions...
or
Too needy - because I really want what they have to teach me, I feel there is nothing I can offer in return and come across needy.

*Where I'd like to be:
1)finding mentors with mastery at what thier teaching.
2)A positive mutual experience with my mentor, idealy mutually nuriting and respectfull, all a while learning and growing.

I'd especially love to hear about how you have successfully found and learnt from good mentors...
