Buy a book.
Now, if you want to read a book on it and actually learn, the better question to ask in your post is "What is the best book to help me with body language?"
I will progress as though this is what you asked, because this is what will help you...lol
I just did an Amazon Book search and found over two dozen titles with the search terms "improve body language".
Give it a try!
Also, if you scroll down you will see there is a "Body Language" forum on this website. _________________ what dr. house brings to medicine, i bring to everyday life (an extreme dose of cynicism), don't listen to the curmudgeon!
