I've seen it posted before, but I have a specific question; to what extent can a non-famous guy get away with such blatant sexual, crude joking / excessive flirting? Generally speaking, how much rapport do you need to build first to get away with it? Or is it generally advised against unless you are a rock star?

That's all? Wow; I guess it would certainly sort the fun HBs from the not so fun. I'm assuming that you have to be pretty "out-there" from the start though; rather than escalating from a usual, more socially 'normal' level of interaction?
