I've read in a few places that our upbringing and the way we were raised has a lot to do with the person that we're attracted to. Like for example, that sometimes a female will choose a male partner who is most like her father since when she gets older, she can no longer get the love she got when younger since she's an adult. Or something like that. Another example would be being bullied and how that affects the people she chooses. Can someone point me in the right direction?
