So iv read a bit about journals an i still havent started one but now im approaching day game its time to start my question is a simple one is it better to write it down or type it id rather type, i read somewhere that writing it triggers your subconsious to sort of confirm it so im not sure if the same happens with typing ??

Yeah its pretty much the same thing its not the act of writing or typing its that your brain is transmitting data in another form other than keeping it locked in your mind.

So I think your question is whether to handwrite it or type it?

I personally have better things to do in field than sit down to write about being in field, there will be various different opinions but mine is that there is more lessons to be learned by talking to people and reflecting afterwards.

But I do CARRY with me certain handwritten notes and phrases I wrote to myself, but to analyze a series of events I've always found typing more organized and easy to sort out my thoughts, I guess we're just more used to the keyboard than our ancestors.
