So on Saturday night I was quite drunk and made a AFC move. I texted this girl saying "you're a cracker" (as in she's hot). This was at maybe 3am in the morning and she was already at home asleep so didn't get a response to the next day.

Anyway she wants to know why I sent her the message - "what was the point of the msg"
We talk like everyday, conversations always changes to sex reasonably quickly. She is sort of seeing someone but I don't think that's really an issue.

Although I did smile at the line you used because its funny, you already know its a brave but not smart move to txt someone something weird at 3 in the morning unless its something like "I think you're sexy" *grain of salt*

You have a genuine gamble to succeed or fail at this by either telling her of your intentions in the right environment and in person or just wait for her to break it up with the guy, however if their thing isnt serious, just make your moves on her, if she complies its alright...maybe just ignore her until she comes to you in person to ask you, could be fun
