Posts: 74 | | well i got invited to my friends birthday, where she's celebrating it at this pretty cool bar, anyways I've only known this girl for a few weeks and i don't know any of her friends, but i know it's going to be a great opportunity for me to meet new people.
Would it be weird if I show up there alone? because to me it seems like that's bad social proof, I'm thinking of inviting a friend....
let me know what you guys think, especially if you have ever been in this type of situation.

Posts: 18 | | ive never been in that situation. But if I were you I would go. Who knows who your going to meet. It could be a lot of fun you never know.
And just tell her that you cant stay long because you have other plans...then if you have fun with her and her friends then just stay, if not bail.
