So, I knew this woman like 1 year ago, casually, but I never cared, never looked to her as a potential sex partner or anything, mainly because I was dating another girl already and satisfied with it.
Right now, I feel really into her, and we have been kinda flirting for like 2 weeks, 'cause we are doing a group activity together, that is, for college.
I'd say kino is well developed: today I tested her, I let her start touchin' me before, and she did; I've been paying attention on the IOI's for a week, and man, there are lots of IOIs: eye contacts while talking and inside the classroom from far away, always fixing her hair while talking, gettin' me smell her perfume around her neck, trying to get my attention when I look somewhere else but her eyes, and some less important others.
Of course, all of this after I did attracted her with jokes, some routines and funny bets, and between this a small dose of indifference and detachment I consider right.
I guess that, everything is on it's way right? Well... here comes my problems/questions:

A) I'm seein' another girl for 4 months, and she knows it through her friends. Should I break up before I'm 99% sure I'll get this other girl I'm interested?

B) She has this guy she says is her boyfriend, they're in a relationship for 2 years now.

C) All of our interactions takes place at out college, that is, in public. I find it really hard to isolate her completely (room) because of the boyfriend. Any Ideas on that?

D) And the most important: should I convince her cheat on her boyfriend or convince her break up with him first?
and, How do I convince her to cheat her boyfriend/breakup with him?

E) We are classmates and some of our colleagues asked her if we were having an affair, wich really bothered her, so that's why all of our kino happens at the library (kinda isolated), where we take like 1 hour to choose a book, and when we're leaving college (when all of our colleagues already left), how to deal with that?

theres going to be plenty of guys on this forum that think its super dope to get a girl that is already taken, and that is super chill to cheat on your girl.

theres a big misconception in this community, just because you can get any girl you want dosnt justify it. its almost as if people are so insecure with them selves they have to play the number game, which is just a pissing contest..

do you really want a challenge? try working on you inner game, its tougher than any pick up.

So, the thing is, I could break up with this girl I'm seeing, it's nothing serious, and I wouldn't cheat; also, I wanted some suggestions on good routines to get her to break up with him before, so she wouldn't cheat. Morality is not the question.
She has a really strange relations with her boyfriend and is always complaining to her girlfriends about that, so how can I use this to get her to break up?
I know it's not really a good idea to tell bad things about his boyfriend neither tell how I'm better than him, she would get defensive and protect him, but just DHV wouldn't work either.
