I've been Push-pulling the hell out of this girl, because I know I have competition, so im trying to boost attraction. I ignore and avoid talking to her for a while at work, and feign interest in other people. I'll do that for a while, and then eventually talk to her.
I've been friend-zoned with her before, so Im being WAY aggressive. I got a date with her tomorrow, (we didnt call it a date, we're just 'hanging' watching a movie).
Now for the texting, I feel like i made a few mistakes. Please critique, and offer alternatives to weak texts.
ME: Duuude, something amazing happened today!
ME: (couple minutes later): Your line is "omg what?"
Her: omg what?
Me: Sam (mutual friend) asked me for my address today!
Her: huh?
Me:...really, you can figure it out.... try harder
Me (10 minutes later): She's sending me an invitation to her wedding dummy!
Her: ohh, im not getting one
you going?
Me: I look pretty sexy in a suit, so hell why not?
Her: I wanna see you in a suit, all sexy like.
Me: Haha, you'd have to earn that privelage.
Her: How do I do that?
Me: Well, im sure you have some sexy suits too... (alternate here?)
Her: You want me to pull out a sexy suit, so that I can see you in yours? I'll just wait for the pictures.
Me: The suit I had in mind isnt difficult to prepare.
(me attempt at innuendo, referring to the 'birthday suit' a colluiqial for nude.)
Her: ohh really now?
Me: really. (weak...alternative?)
her: oooh lol. ttyl. (she ended so abruptly, I feel like she was offended? So i replied with:)
Me: Calm down I was joking. Later.
no reply
Its important to note, she was out with another guy (competition) at the time of this text convo. My goal was to kinda distract her from him, and have her think about me. Think i crashed and burned here.
