If anyone fiddles with anything, it means they have tension. If you are making it a sexual frame, most likely she is feeling sexual tension.

That is why you never sit there like a douche and peel on beer bottle labels at the bar.

I take it as an IOI or as theyre uncomfortable, decide which one depending on the situation and your interactions with her.
