Just as a short intruduction, I've read and tried out pua-stuff for months now, but I haven't bothered to register here yet. So do guide me to a different section if I posted this to the wrong place. I didn't find any similar cases like this by searching, so I hope you guys might have some kind of advice and viewpoints on my case.

So.. I met this HB8 on a train from the same college as I, and we had a great fluff talk and I got some light IOIs from her.. we had this discussion going on for like an hour and she never mentioned anything about having a BF.

Couple of weeks after that traintrip I met her in a bar and she immidiately started embracing me in front of her friends. While she kept doing that and showing some IOIs from time to time, she mentioned her BF for the first time. The night went on and on, and we kept having fun. I went to the bathroom and discussed with other people in the bar for a while without telling her anything prior doing that, and when I came back she was obviously showing more IOIs this time "where did you go?! I was here waiting for you". I never bought her any drinks and she mentioned her BF only once, and initially she gave me her number even I didn't ask it.
When most of our friends (mine and hers') had left the bar she asked me if I wanted to have a glass of water in her appartment. We left the bar and I went with her (now that I come to think of it I probably should have said no to DHV), in the appartment we had some flirty discussions and some kino (with legs), but I didn't kiss close her. I'm quite sure she would have cheated her BF if I had played my cards correctly. One major problem in this whole case is though:
1) is this just an LJBF situation and I'm being blind for it?
After we left the bar her college friend passed by us on the street and made a "slut"-neg to her. She reacted slightly but didn't really emphasize her reliationship status. I think her friend seeing us might have lowered my odds.
We were also drunk enough for her to have it as an excuse for an F-close.

What do you guys think I should do in order to get a kiss-close even if she has a BF? I'm quite sure I'm not in the friend-zone yet, so it's possible to redo this scenario with a kiss+F-close. She is a smart girl with interesting values, that's why we had these long discussions in the first place, but instead of letting this become a LJBF-case at least I'd like to fuck her first.

As you can see this is my first post, so please guide me if I did some idiotic mistakes. I read all the rules on this site and searched for a lot of topics without success =p
