In my opinion, when a girl calls you a player its good because she thinks u can get other girls and you talk to other girls.

It depends on how she says it, it can mean: "you're just trying to manipulate me, you wanker", which is bad or it can be more playful. If it's playful, it's good, as long as you don't let the comment derail you and begin trying to defend yourself.
