College women seem busy?

So, I'm afraid that a college girl is busy when she's walking somewhere in the day. Is this generally true, or is this just my AFC showing?

Your AFC is showing. Maybe they are busy, maybe they are not, who gives a sh*t. I imagine everyone on campus is busy at one point or another. If you are concerned about not approaching because a girl 'looks' busy, get over it or find an area where you will have time to strike up a conversation. Perhaps the library, a Cafe shop near by, a restaurant/bar near the school, even the classroom will suffice. Your choices are endless, good luck.
