As I stated in another post I am trying to get a little "bad boy" attitude into my "goody-two shoes" attitude as I am basically a doormat, but despite my best efforts to develop it on my own I need advice on where to actually start, so if anyone could help me I would be grateful.

Help me move my "Mr Nice Guy" out and a better badder me in please.

take a pencil and a piece of paper

write down the first ten thoughts that occur to you.

any that don't concern protecting/benefiting "you" or "your interests", cross off the list and practice crossing them off of your mind.

learn to care about yourself first, not what others DO, WANT, or THINK.
