I realized something today, which is definitely going to help me in the future and I thought I'd share it with you, even though it's probably something that's already out there.

Today I went swimming with my Ex Girlfriend/Friend/Sex Partner, we had a great time, had sex in the swimming pool changing rooms which is something I've never done before, and something I'd definitely recommend, as long as there are separate cubicles, obviously.

Anyway, after a great, fun swim, we went outside and as I went to say goodbye, because I wanted to get home and have something to eat, she invited me around hers, so I decided to forget about food and go home with her. She then started talking about (in a playful way) how I'm losing control over her and shes gaining control and what she said was absolutely true. I've been letting her lead much more than usual, and that's because I've started to develop slight feelings for her, nothing serious, and it's definitely not going to turn into oneitis because I'm seeing other women too.

On the walk home, she wanted to take a turning and I wanted to carry on walking up, and go down the next turning, I said "No, lets carry on walking" and said "Nope, lets go this way" and like a sucker, I now realize, I agreed with her. Despite it being such a minute thing, usually I'd take control and say that we're going this way.

I'm pretty sure I haven't lost her attraction, we were making out, being cuddly etc.. when we got back to her place, and just before I left, I properly made out with her to turn her on, as I was walking out the door, I turned and got really close, about to kiss her, and said "No" smiling, and walked away, she acted by telling me to get back there and kiss her, I did a sideways glance and smiled as I walked down the street, I took control back.

So, lead, it's important. Girls like it.
