Going out for a mates 21st

This weekend I'm going out with some friends for a mates 21st birthday. Can someone give me the lowdown on what order to do things. I have opened loads before and I want to now go forward with things a little more not necessarily to the very end as it were.

What is the order of play?

1) open
2)????? etc.

--> Transistion in conversational talk
Kino
--> find out logistics
--> push & pull a bit
K-close

and then keep going.;
