Ok i'm gonna make this short and simple.

I just recently started realizing that I'm way too much of a "nice" guy - I try to be on everyone's good side and am too interested in what people think about me. I'm afraid to neg girls sometimes too. I think this also turns me into a 'LJBF' too often.

Now,

I want to find out a way I can change into being a bit more cocky. Obviously it's not that hard just "changing" in one day. I've tried but sometimes I go back to the "nice guy" thing. I need to find a way to get in the habit of becoming more alpha-male and confident/cocky- not worrying so much about how other people feel and such.

What's the best way to throw away my past and start new?

I used to be a total pussy and was too afraid to neg girls because i thought i would get slapped LOL

But like most things, changing your personality will take TIME! There is no short cut to changing yourself. Start applying some of the things you read on here in the real world and actually be aware of your attitude in conversations. Overtime these learnt behaviours will become second nature.

It's taken me about 2 years to throw away my nice guy act and become more alpha. I'm not even the finished article yet. I'm still finding new things I can do to make myself more alpha, you're always learning something new.

Be patient though because like I said, it may take a while. Practice what you read, not just read read read like most guys on this forum do.
