I've been shy my whole life in this small town, so that's how everyone thinks of me and they can just walk all over me no problem. Well I'm starting to learn to love myself but I just don't know if I have it in me to tell someone to get out of my house confidently..you know if someone treats you like shit in your own house and I don't have the balls to say it and if I do I would be real fidgity and nervous..I might have just been born like this but what are some steps I can do to learn how to stick up for myself?..this goes for both men and especially woman.

sounds like you need to work on personal development. you might need to work on a few things before jumping head long into PUA.

it's called "Pulling Your Own Strings" by Dr. Wayne Dyer

buy a used copy of it online for about $5. money well spent.

it gives you the tools to do exactly what you need to do, i grew up much the same way, that book opened my eyes so much to the way the world works, and taught me to take my power back.

all the guys around here will recommend inner game stuff to you, and that's fine. but if you are looking for basic confidence (aside from PUA-tilted stuff) get that book i recommended and you can thank me later.
