How would you prepare to meet a girl you really like and want to be together with , but the point of the meeting is to meet up as friends and for her to facillitate closure of the relationship?

It's like having an execution date. I'd like to know if there are any strategies I should try to help me stave off getting killed. I'd like to go back to dating this girl.

Background:
I dated her 3 times in a month, then when she said she could not provide me with a relationship over the phone, I emailed her (4 days later) stating I wanted to remain friends. 6 weeks later, I never heard from her so I emailed again saying I still cared about her. She emails me back saying I'm a 'great man' and because of this she would gladly meet me to facillitate closure.
This person is conservative, prudish, probably never had sex, says she never has been in love, is very busy with school/family/friends; has kissed me once.

ps: tonight i got laid by a 39 yr old cougar. she did all the work so I'm not taking any credit on that one. but it felt good.
