Hi everyone , its been 1 month after my tranformation ( i try to change myself from a shy-quiet guy to active guy)(sudden change)

I flirt, try to start a conversation when ever possible , telling joke , make ppl laugh and make alot of freind .

I felt very lucky and happy after i read the pua stuff . its really chg my life. Although some of the girls are not taking the same course as me but i get along with them really well (maybe better than the guy in their course because they treat me diffrent from the other). I become more socialable manage to get alot of freinds (male and female) .

I when to class 5 days a week (Mon~fri). when i didnt have class i suddenly will felt depress...i think is more accurate to say tired. And everytime i wanted to go to a place i will think alot of stuff. How to talk with ppl . how to make her laugh . how to crack joke . many many question pop up . its make me worry ...

Applying pua material really give me alot of positive result But why i still felt worry ? Other than studying , the only things i do was reading Article on Pua. I think because i scare i cant maintain that positive result .
Is it i have to work and adjust my inner games ?

Is there any one of you ,get a positive result but felt worry ?

really sorry , i know one of the quality was to be confident about what you do .
But i am lost now .

any opinion appreciate .

the best advice i can offer you is this:

you are improving yourself, it's just like exercising or working out. it's improvement.

improvement doesn't go in a straight line up. improvement is a series of hills and valleys that gradually take you to a higher altitude.

don't be hard on yourself for feeling a lack of confidence, that is human. just keep moving forward.

Be persistant, that's all you need to do and if you take those SMALL steps toward your goal, you'll get there eventually, it's better to move slowly than to not move at all, or it's better to move slowly, than to crash quickly :)
