So, I have never really taken the PUA approach, but I am decent with girls. Anyway, I was dating a girl at the same time the following took place:

I asked my hairdresser basic questions about what she was doing for Christmas. Then I asked do you work Friday? (Christmas Eve) She said, "no, what do you have in mind." I just said oh, I was just curious. I gave that response because I was dating a girl at the time, and I wasn't expecting that answer.

Anyway, I have two questions:

1) Was she definitely giving me the go to ask her out? What do you make of her response? Am I reading too far into it?

2) How do I ask her out? I actually think she cuts my hair well, and it would suck if she wasn't interested and I lose out on a good hair cut. She is definitely cute though.

What do you guys think of the situaton?

your response was perfect because it was a neg. Cute hairdresser is pretty much a hired gun. Disinterest until she earns your interest. Then "Wow, I never really noticed how good I feel when I am around you. I'm taking out this weekend so you better make sure my hair looks great."
