Need a quick answer how to proceed here. Im a beginner, but understand something, but my game is quite weak still.

BRIEFING:
I met a girl in country X where I was an exchange student as she was. I was not available then, but when I finally was we hooked up a little. Going to movies, kissing, hugging, even slept in the same bed. NO SEX however. After that we both moved back to our homecountries

I went to see her at country Y where she lives. I spent there 2 weeks. Same thing kissing, hugging, more intimate stuff than before (orgams), but NO SEX. She's very reserved and has been hurt in a 2 serious relationships. She think sex leads to serious things and to a relationship, which she is terrified apparently. Anyway, she was willing to do other things, so she's still sexual.

Now she wants to come where I live (Country Z), but only in the summer, not now. She's proposing we go to a trip together. I'm not going to her country now, since that would be a weak move from me. Neutral country would be nice however and I'm dying to see her again, because I like her a lot and she knows this. She says she likes me too, but def not the same extent as me. This makes me a huge underdog, since I feel she has advantage over me a lot.

The thing is I want to have sex with her and I feel really sucky that I haven't had the chance, although I spend so much time with her. I don't want to go to a trip with her unless I can somehow make sure there is gonna be sex. Can I somehow bring this up in a online conversation? Or should I just go and try to game her more?

Im wondering DEL will work in this case. It seems totally reasonable, so I'll probably learn it by heart and try it. I should be able to do this.
