So I've been talking to this new chick who had actually approached me with a " I like you line" I didn't like her at first and was kinda pushing her away then I finally gave her a shot and she turns out to be a cool chick.

She felt like I had been playing games with her so she flaked on me our first couple hang out dates. Finally we chill she comes and I kiss her from the start, 5 mins into her talking. We had a great time in which she left me a voice mail stating she missed me later on in the day.

Everything was great I saw her at work we had lunch together an made out in the stairwell. I tell her to come see me the next day; she agrees then doesn't answer my calls or text the next day. WTF? She told me she had be having trouble with her mom and she stressed but idk..

You guys have any idea why she's flaking and what step I should take next?

I would give it a day or so, talk to some other chicks. And then in a few days send her a text or call her up, and set something up.

I would completely ignore her not responding to you, and play it off as no big deal. Have her chase you, not the other way around.

Maybe she is trying to play you...girls do this shit too...

I would give it 2-3 days then invite her again, if she still flakes. Do 4-5 days, and repeat, flake again = next her.
She might be under stress for real, you will never know. But I usually just give it 3 tries, then move on.
