Ok so there is a chick that I work with. We k-closed, we txt everyday but she is always the one who txt me first. We always tease each other but I didn't really made a move to let her know I like her. The thing is on facebook she always write status like "Guys need to man up" blablabla. What should I do? I think about inviting her to a date really soon but I don't know if I should ask her by txt or next time I see her.
