Friend but not Friend Zoned

Is it possible to be friends with a group of girls, without being friend zoned by any of them?

I have a pretty close group of girls that I hang out with, but I feel like I am not in the friend zone with any of them..

To be honest, im not sure how it works this way, and I am not complaining, but I want to fuck one of my girl friends without it becoming a relationship, or awkward (For her, I wouldn't feel awkward)

I have made out with her when I first starting hanging out with her, but I still feel like there is sexual tension. I believe that the straight forward direct approach would get me nowhere, and be uncomfortable for her..

How should I approach this?
