Both women I asked were busy! They both seemed chatty etc until i asked them to meet! Lazy buggers or really busy. gutted.
Can i tell the difference somehow? like if they only want to text stuff and not meet ?

If they just say "I can't", or "I have something to do" and they don't suggest another time, then its very probable she is not interested.
I would leave it alone.
