Are DHV stories important in the pick up process?

Im asking because I havent focused on DHVs at all and perhaps this may be a silent sticking point I need to explore. However, part of me doubts that all succesful pick ups close because of the usage of DHVs? Perhaps I'm wrong.

I am aware that Pre-Selection is one type of DHV that can be shown on spot rather than told, but it is not always possible or easy for example, during Day Game.

Do Naturals NEED to use DHV stories? NO.

The difference between us and naturals is they don't don't have to do anything. NATURALS JUST ARE. That's it. That's their secret.

Well I remember I used my own routines when I haven't entered PUA-forums. All these PUA routines and info basicly comes from naturals anyway.

Naturals use PUA skills without them knowing it. Which means they COULD possible use DHV stories without them knowing.

When I accidentally have used non scripted DHV stories, I have noticed a flip that switches in the chick. But so far I have not worked on DHVs at all. Does AFC Adam use DHV techniques?
