So my birthday comes up in a couple days, planning on going out with friends and such, but since it is my birthday I have no intentions whatsoever of going home alone, even if it weren't my birthday I wouldn't plan on going home alone. One thing I've noticed through countless trips to the bar is that it doesn't matter if people know you or not they all seem to feel compelled to wish you a happy birthday. This will also mark my first approach since joining the community and as such i will be posting a field report detailing the night as best I can. I'm pretty confident that I'll be able to open a set, but was hoping for some suggestions as to whether I should just play it as a normal routine or if I should use the fact that it is my birthday to gain a foothold on the situation. Any suggestions would be welcome, oh and for the record I will be turning 25.
