I would reccomend eft to anyone iv been doing it about 5 days now an my confidence around people is alot higher now i still have work to go on it though.

Does anyone have any more advice on it, like when they ask you can you feel it in your body can anyone just tell me what that feeling feels like.
Im not sure if im just thinking the feeling or is there an actual feeling
any more tips on it would be good there doesnt seem to be many posts on EFT but
up to now its working wonders.
