It's basically her asking you something, and if you comply, you've jumped through her hoop.

Example:

HB: Can you buy me a drink?

Guy: Sure

That guy just jumped through HER hoop and probably lost attraction. However, if it went like this

HB: Can you buy me a drink?

Guy: How about you get this round, i'll get the next

He makes HER jump through HIS Hoop first. Another example

HB: How old are you?

Guy: Guess

Once she jumps through your hoop, you can jump through hers.
