I approach girls on my campus twice a day, but I feel like I'm getting nowhere. This past week, I've been rejected by 14 girls and I'm feeling really down.
How do you guys feel better?

Well we try to figure out what we are doing wrong, fix it and then when it pays off we are excited and happy.

What are you opening with? How are you approaching the girls on campus? Whats the average set size?

If you give us some info you will probably be able to get a lot of useful information.

Only 14? Weaksauce! Come back when your getting rejected 25+ a week.

And by the point you start getting rejected that much, you'll probably start to figure out why.

Also, what do you consider to be a "rejection?"

It's like how the big gurus say. Your playing a game; yes, you are in to win it. However, in the end this is just a game. I burned out tonight too- badly. But I'm not going to keep that negative score, screw that. I observed in myself my own mistakes and I'll have a better strategy for next time. Don't care about the girl you will never see again.

Keep on building the field experience. Maybe start recording what your doing (hell make the PUA forum your field report diary).

I've died many times in Final Fantasy before I beat the game. No I haven't, but you know what I mean.

Plus, you're not getting rejected. You're learning a LOT more than we are, you should be feeling happy! Are you kidding!? Rejection=Success as long as you learn from it.

Well hold on now, 14 a week is not exactly a small number of approaches. No #close out of any of those? Don't forget to use quality of target and venue, not just quantity. I often had more success with off-nights at a bar, like Sundays or Mondays, because the place would be dead, there would be only 3 gals in there, and they'd be a captive audience. Who the hell else are they going to talk to? Also if I felt like I was in a place where "no one" probably wanted to talk to me, I'd look for the cracks in the crowd. The gal who's sitting around looking as bored and out of place as myself. The one who doesn't fit in. Not saying you've gotta limit yourself like that, I'm saying that it represents an opportunity.
