Yeah so it'll be weird because i don't know how to formulate this properly.

I've never had much luck with women and by that i mean that I've never had a serious relationship. I've never delved into or experienced that complex girlfriend/boyfriend thing i see my friends having. I yearn for a girl's affection, a warm body to wake up in the morning next to (literally), that feeling of knowing you're loved back and appreciated for simply existing, etc. Whenever i think of approaching or getting involved with a girl i get a horrible case of oneitis, it doesn't matter who she is.

I know it's AFC bullshit, but why can't i just think about sex like most guys do ? My friends are like "go for it, man, fuck her/them", when the first thing that runs through my mind is "i wonder what kind of girl she is, what's her favorite color, what does her hair smell like". I've read here that you have to act interested even if you don't care, but i actually do care about this shit, and it's really pissing me off. I feel that because of this i don't have that freedom to just move on if things don't go right.

Bottom line is, i care too much because i'm out there looking for a relationship. And people here say you shouldn't, but how does one do that ? If only i could find my "care" button and switch it off. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Let me tell you something about girls and relationships (I don't agree with some of the guys in these forums into how they just want to fuck girls).

I understand the beauty of a relationship.

However I often find myself waking up with a girl whose last name I have never heard.

Girls unlike guys (who can get girls) get into relationships because of their insecurities and their BS.

Ofc not all girls/guys are like that, there are exceptions of girls/guys who are all grown up and understand what liking someone is...I have met very few girls like this and well I have gotten with few of them.

Most girls just want a relationship to have sex and someone to feed their useless problems (and for you to do the same because it feels a bond).

There is more to a relationship than sex and trust.
