problem is, majority of the time when we do something...friends always tag along with her.......is that a clear hint that she doesnt like me?
Should i exclusively say "just you and me".
How should I word my sentence, so that its a dead giveaway at being a date?
my theory is that she doesnt want it to be awkward or isn't sure if i like her, because I have yet to officially ask her on a date and have just used the "wanna hangout" term....

As in: you've been giving lots of eye contact and kino escalation, enough to cause her to have that tension towards you. Enough to cause her to see you as more than a friend, but someone she wants to hook up with. If this is the case and there is sexual tension, "hanging out" might be all you need. Maybe "So I'll see you at XX place tomorrow night" or "What time are you taking me to XX tomorrow?" will be enough. See Gambler's Stealth seduction, it worked for me.
Hope this helps
