Does regular exercise make you naturally more alpha?

Basically, does exercise really help? Im not talking about being out of shape, but does just DOING exercise regularly make women naturally attracted to you? Just because it increases testosterone and makes you more alpha? Or something like that?

Sorry this is a bad question lol, if you know what im talking about give answering it a shot :)

Im not just asking about being in shape, im actually asking about whether just DOING exercise makes you more attractive due to slightly changing your behaviour into something women are hardwired to be attracted to.

Thanks heaps in advance for any replies to this question

I love the length in the post responses here haha.
When you work out, your body changes...obviously.
But when you work out, your brain also changes by alloting endorphins and other chemicals to flow more freely... causing a feeling of more confidence...

Thats the idea behind... "Work hard... be hard."

You are alpha if alpha in your mind is the best you can get.
You need to realise that there are no terms for being the best you can be. Some people call it alpha, other call it Real Guy.. call it whatever you like.

Practise makes perfect, the more you change, for the better of your own happiness. The more you will be able to say "that title."

Don't think in terms of alpha, that is dumb.


Exercise, proper diet, hydration, adequate sleep and having fun all make you healthy and happy and feeling and looking good.

Being healthy and vigorous, looking and feeling good are sexy and attractive no matter who you are.

Let's put this into an even simpler model. Health and vitality are always good for everything...never bad.

Disease and sloth are always bad for everything..never good.

This is a very interesting idea.

Obviously, there are guys out there who are a skinny as rakes, or have more rolls than a baker -yet still have a girl on their arms.

So doing exercise or working out doesn't necessarily make them more alpha. They probably had dominance over the girl to begin with.

However, if you have ever read Gunwitch method 2, which I can say is a really good read and I am currently living by it, he suggests lifting weight cranks up your testosterone levels -> making you more sexually aggressive... which is essentially what it comes down to.
