| say, "did you add me because you want to get to know me?" (some times you can say "or just to stalk me?" it gets some laughs and most of the time the girl is interested)
if she says:
"no i don't wanna get to know you blah blah" (potentially a lie) then you say, "thats too bad then" then delete her or what not, because she's not worth it in my opinion.
"yes" then you just say, "i'm not on facebook often, and i've gotta run, but we will do that some time." all the time i'll get girls giving me their numbers their, and i'll run text game. (text game is not a great idea though, its just something you have to do some times) and then get online again later (if you didn't get the number), see if she messages you first or whatnot, and you can if you want message/chat with her. Neg, DHV, keep most messages short, convey your disinterest a little bit. maybe run a couple text routines.
don't keep your conversation going a long time, and say something like "i'm getting off of here but: i'd like to keep this convo going/i'd like to talk again later" and from here you can get her number or you can tell her you will talk to her later.
so from there, you're through A1, 2 and 3 if you go by the mystery method. get a date/go out with her somewhere ASAP. if you don't do that, you can't build rapport, do kino, etc. so i wouldn't suggest keeping it going too long. and if she refuses then fuck it whatever, next! i'm not great with text game and i'm sure there is a way to get better at it, but i just don't think it will produce great game.
