Hello, I was initially brought into the community after watching "the Pickup Artist" and reading "The Game" but I now know that Mystery Method is now out of date. Who are the popular PUA gurus these days?

I wouldn't say his stuff is "out of date" his stuff still works, I've had success with it, it was Mystery Method that got me being more social.

People seem big on "60 years of challenge" now though.

The broader concepts of MM like value, negs, attraction>comfort>seduction, etc will always be valid. I dont like MM because it assume that the girl automatically has way higher value than the man and he has to be like a dancing monkey to get her attracted with fancy lines, stories, dhv, etc.

Id rather spend my time and energy on ACTUALLY becoming an attractive man with an attractive lifestyle.

I probbably got more out of David D's stuff than anybody else but its a lot of broad general concepts without a whole lot of techniques. Double your dating was pretty good starting point though.

I also have learned a ton from Roissy's blog aka citizen renegade.
anything from RSD is great too. I think blueprint really helped me take my game to a new level.
