Basically I have severe ocd, not the turning the light on and off 50 times kind but the kind that makes u chronically scared of most things and makes you doubt yourself in almost everything you do. I have been making really good progress with regards to beating it over last few years but where im simply not making any progress is women. Now I know most people get approach anxiety but mine is chronic and when I do eventually get there, im focusing on negative body language and imagining that she thinks im ugly so much that I cannot even contemplate trying to have a witty conversation.
I'm praying that someone has had similar problems and has found a way to overcome it as it is massively affecting my life.
thanks

It's a good book for learning how to control your frame of thoughts, and he mentions in a few places how he's helped people with ocd overcome their problems. _________________ "I'd tell her to go shove her face in the pig pen, and go out and find another one who'll kiss you without askin for the earth.
