Whenever I text her she is extremely flirty and has called me cute, but whenever I see her in person she seems completely uninterested.

Made plans for her and me to go snowboarding, and now she is bringing her friend, who is in a relationship with my friend.
Is this kinda like a double date? or what?

Have you ever heard " Action speaks louder than word"? Its a perfect rule to deal with women. Watch her body languages, not all the sweet stuffs she says. :)
Simple as she want an escape route if she decides she doesnt wanna be alone with you half way along the date.
Tell your buddy to be your wingman, and make up some bs to excuse themselves. Or just counter it by inviting a bunch more ppl ( ofc the more girls the better) and just watch how she reacts.
